Real Estate Transactions Attorney
We are looking for a mid-level or senior-level associate with 5-10 years of experience which includes both real estate transactions, such as commercial leasing and buy-sell, and some background in general business contracts and transactions to support our clients with non-real estate related business matters. Virginia admission is preferred, but we may consider Maryland or D.C. admission. Candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills and be able to assist on a wide variety of transactional matters with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity for an attorney with a modest book who wishes to grow his/her business and thrive in a collegial environment.

Land Use Planner
We are looking for a land use planner to assist our team with land use applications, development approvals and participating in community meetings and outreach. Job responsibilities include processing rezonings, site plans, special use permits and comprehensive plan amendment applications, drafting presentations for community meetings, and performing zoning ordinance and master plan research.
