Stephanie Cutler

Stephanie Cutler is a partner at Wire Gill LLP. She has more than 25 years’ experience guiding clients in real estate transactions and general business matters. After spending many years at large national law firms, including Foley Hoag LLP and Holland & Knight LLP, she is excited to bring her service-oriented practice and close client relationships to the Wire Gill LLP family.

Stephanie’s extensive real estate experience ranges from highly complex real estate transactions to general office, retail and industrial leasing. She represents several Fortune 500 companies on real estate matters, as well as smaller and mid-sized developers, builders, landlords and tenants. Over the course of her career, Stephanie has handled virtually every type of real estate matter, including:

• Purchases and sales of commercial, retail, and multifamily residential projects
• Leasing transactions, from partial floor to multi-building and build-to-suit transactions
• Real estate lending, including both institutional loan and private equity financing transactions

In addition to her real estate expertise, Stephanie has advised clients on a wide variety of business, contracting, and general corporate matters, including stock and asset acquisitions and sales, internet commerce transactions, and intellectual property licensing. She also represents several nonprofit organizations and has significant tax exempt organizations expertise.

Stephanie is a graduate of Cornell University and received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. She is a member of the Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia bars. Stephanie is a native of the Washington metropolitan area and currently resides with her family in Arlington, Virginia.
